	Certification, Proof of Conformity, and Health Regulation Compliance of TONER Products TONER flatware meets the technical conditions of the European norm, EN ISO 8442, for export to European Union countries. Upon request, TONER will provide certification for products exported to countries outside of the European Union. In compliance with regulation number 258/00 Coll., concerning the hygienic requirements for products in the food industry, TONER provides all Czech customers proof of such health regulation compliance in the form of a written declaration (see photo). According to the amendment of law 22/97 Coll., concerning product technical requirements (amendment 71/00 Coll.), and the appropriate government regulation, 173/97 Coll., TONER products are not considered so-called “rated products”, and therefore are not required to provide documentation in the Czech Republic proving compliance with legally established product technical requirements, or to provide customers with proof of such compliance. TONER products exported to Slovakia, Poland, and Russia will comply with the appropriate national regulations, in the form of a certificate or other documented system of compliance, upon their introduction to the markets of these countries.
