The first information concerning the origins of production date to the year 1883, when the German national and Moravská Třebová resident, Franz Bibus, opened his silver-smith shop.
There is already evidence from the year 1892 of a substantially wide range of silver products and metal flatware. Production technology continuously evolved from that time, from the original hand manufacture up to the mostly mechanized production of today.
The legal form and the name of the firm have also changed over the years (Toner, Sandrik, Rostex), up to the present day Toner, Ltd.
